You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
2. Nature of Services
BhaktiBridge connects users with independent astrologers. Astrologers are not employees or agents of BhaktiBridge. Astrology is a spiritual and entertainmentbased service.
3. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be responsible for account activity.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through thirdparty providers. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
5. User Conduct
You may not harass astrologers or users, post harmful content, misuse the Platform, or impersonate others.
6. Astrologer Conduct
Astrologers must provide ethical services, avoid guaranteeing outcomes, and not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform content is owned by BhaktiBridge or licensors.
8. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy or outcomes of readings.
9. Limitation of Liability
BhaktiBridge is not liable for decisions made based on readings, losses or damages from Platform use, or actions of independent astrologers.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Refund Policy
1. General Principle
All purchases are generally final and nonrefundable.
2. When Refunds May Be Granted
Refunds may be considered for technical issues, service not delivered, fraud or unauthorized transactions, or duplicate charges.
3. Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with reading content, disagreement with predictions, change of mind, or missed appointments.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email: info@bhakibridge.com Include: name, email, transaction date, and description of issue. Requests must be made within 7 days.
5. Review Process
Decisions are made within 5–10 business days.
6. Refund Method
Refunds go to the original payment method.
7. Abuse of Policy
Accounts may be suspended for repeated or fraudulent refund requests.
8. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy periodically.
